Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which are then redeemable at time of purchase towards the cost of future orders.
How Does It Work?
Spend £1 and receive 1 point. 1 point gives you 3p to spend!
Make a purchase on our website - just make sure to create or login to your account to make sure the points are added.
Redeem points - check your account on the website for your accumulated points total.
- Get spending! - To spend your points, at the checkout when you place your next order you will be able apply your reward points at the payment stage of the checkout. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.
How Do I Sign Up?
If you're not already an account holder and you want to be able to start saving today, all you need to do is sign up for a Customer Account.
How do I View My Reward Points?
You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.
You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose points, as well as point expiration notifications. This option is found in the Reward Points section of the My Account area.
What Happens if I Return My Order?
If you purchase an item partially or solely using loyalty points, any refund will be given to match the original purchase. Monetary refunds will be given according to the amounts originally paid using these purchase methods. Any loyalty points used in the purchase will be replaced in your account for use against future purchases.
Any All Pond Solutions loyalty points that you received when making a purchase that you have now had refunded will be removed from your account.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the terms and conditions which apply to your membership of the All Pond Solutions Ltd Loyalty Points Scheme and the allocation of points on purchases made using your All Pond Solutions Account.
The Scheme enables you to earn points from All Pond Solutions when paying for goods from All Pond Solutions with your All Pond Solutions Account. The overall price paid remains the same whether you participate in the Scheme or not.
1. The Scheme is promoted by All Pond Solutions and is available to all persons (not trade account customers) who sign up for an Account on our official website or to whom we make the Scheme available.
2. Membership of the Scheme is entirely at our discretion, and accordingly, we reserve the right to refuse any applications.
3. All Pond Solutions loyalty points will be allocated at the following rate: For all purchases made on our official website, account holders will earn one point for each full £1 spent. 1 All Pond Solutions loyalty point is worth a total of 3 pence (3p).
4. We may from time to time offer you All Pond Solutions bonus points for specific promotions, subject to availability, but you will always be advised of the bonus points when the offer is made.
5. All Pond Solutions loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers or gift cards. All Pond Solutions loyalty points and reward or bonus vouchers cannot be transferred from one person or Account to another unless specifically notified and agreed by us.
6. You may not be able to earn or redeem any All Pond Solutions loyalty points whilst you are in breach of your Account terms and conditions. Where we believe that there has been a breach of your notified Account terms and conditions, we may withdraw All Pond Solutions loyalty points already allocated and/or remove you from the Scheme, at our discretion.
7. If a purchase is obtained partially or solely using All Pond Solutions loyalty points any refund will be given to match the original purchase. Sagepay and Paypal refunds will be given according to the amounts originally paid using these purchase methods. Loyalty points used will be replaced in your account for use against future purchases.
8. Any All Pond Solutions loyalty points that you received when making a purchase that you have now had refunded will be removed from your account.
9. Your membership of the All Pond Solutions loyalty points Scheme starts when your Account is opened, or when we determine the Scheme is available to you and ends when your Account is closed or when we determine that the Scheme is no longer in operation. This Scheme is operated by All Pond Solutions Ltd.
10. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the All Pond Solutions loyalty points Scheme at any time giving Account holders seven days’ notice by email using the email address registered on your Account.
11. We reserve the right to change or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Scheme.
12. We reserve the right to take any appropriate action where the Account holder has breached the Terms and Conditions of the All Pond Solutions Ltd official website (http://www.allpondsolutions.co.uk) or the All Pond Solutions loyalty points Scheme.
13. In the case of dispute, the decision of All Pond Solutions Ltd shall be final.
