Will happily live in groups - care must be taken in breeding pairs established however.
What water conditions do they require?
A pH range of 6.0 - 7.4 and a temperature of 24-28 degrees Celsius.
What should you feed them?
An Omnivorous species, will happily feed on algae, sinking pellets and frozen foods.
How compatible are they with other fish?
Extreme caution should be advised as they are often seen as food items. Micro rasbora and Rainbow species such as Threadfin are best used.
Can they be bred in captivity?
A very difficult shrimp to breed and rarely raised past juvenile stage in the private aquarium.
