This 800L/H Internal Aquarium filter is suitable for fresh or salt water aquarium tanks up to 150 Litres.

Features

Designed for submersible use only with adjustable spray bar to increase oxygen levels.
Venturi aeration nozzle supplied to create bubbles, increase oxygen level of returning water. No air pump needed in principle.
Venturi effect: As water is pumped back into the tank, it can also be aerated by a venturi pipe. This accelerates the water flow and draws in a stream of air from above the surface.
You can only either use the spray bar or Venturi aeration nozzle not both together.
Replaceable filter sponge included inside the unit and also complete with suctions caps for attaching to the side of your tank.

Pallet delivery is to the kerbside (at least 2 people will be needed to off-load depending on item size.)

The couriers WILL NOT be able to assist you with moving the aquarium/terrarium or chiller onto the premises. This is due to insurance purposes.

Express next day service orders must be placed before 3pm to ensure they are dispatched that day.

Deliveries will take place between 08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday. Delivery outside of these hours may be subject to an additional fee and local depot availability.

What size aquarium is the 800IF suitable for?

Do I need a separate air pump with this filter?

In principle no. A venturi aeration nozzle is supplied to draw in air and create bubbles, increasing the oxygen level of the returning water, so no air pump is needed.

Can I use the spray bar and venturi aeration at the same time?

No, you can only use either the spray bar or the venturi aeration nozzle, not both together.

How is the filter fitted and is the sponge replaceable?

It is designed for submersible use only and is supplied with suction caps for attaching it to the side of the tank. A replaceable filter sponge is included inside the unit.
