Cheap Pond Liners

Getting the size right is the most important part of buying a liner, as it's the one thing you can't easily fix after the pond is dug. Measure the maximum length and width of your pond, then add twice the depth to each figure to make sure you have enough material to cover the base, sides and a bit of overlap for edging — or simply use our Pond Liner Size Calculator to work out what you need without doing the sums yourself. It's always better to round up slightly than to come up short once the liner is in place. Once fitted, an LDPE liner gives you a natural-looking, watertight base for planting, stocking fish or adding a pump, all without the expense of a rigid preformed shell.
