Pallet delivery is to the kerbside (at least 2 people will be needed to off-load depending on item size.)

The couriers WILL NOT be able to assist you with moving the aquarium/terrarium or chiller onto the premises. This is due to insurance purposes.

Express next day service orders must be placed before 3pm to ensure they are dispatched that day.

Deliveries will take place between 08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday. Delivery outside of these hours may be subject to an additional fee and local depot availability.

Which filters do these floss pads fit?

They fit the AllPondSolutions EF external aquarium filter range: 1000EF, 1000EF+, 1400EF, 1400EF+, 2000EF, 2000EF+, EF1, EF1+, EF2, EF2+, EFX and EFX+.

How many pads come in a pack?

The 1000EF and 1400EF packs are supplied with 3 foams, and the 2000EF packs are supplied with 4 foams.

What do the white floss pads do?

They provide fine mechanical polishing — the final filtration stage that traps very fine particles to keep the water clear.

How often should I replace them?

Fine floss clogs faster than coarse foam. Rinse it during maintenance and replace it when it no longer cleans up or starts to break down, typically every one to three months depending on your stocking and load.

Are they washable?

They can be gently rinsed a few times, but fine floss has a shorter life than coarse foam and is designed to be replaced periodically.
