Which pond filters do these foams fit?

These are replacement foams for the full AllPondSolutions PFC Pressurised Filter range, including the AUTO-PFC and PRO models. Choose the correct size and grade from the drop-down to match your filter.

What's the difference between the yellow and blue foams?

Yellow foams are fine grade and blue foams are coarse grade. Smaller filters use yellow only, while larger models use a combination of both.

How many foams do I need for a full replacement?

It depends on the model — for example the PFC-3000 needs 3 yellow; the PFC-5000 and PFC-8000 need 2 yellow plus 2 blue; the PFC-12000 needs 3 yellow plus 2 blue; and the PFC-20000 needs 4 yellow plus 3 blue. The full list for every model (including AUTO and PRO) is shown in the product description.

Which size should I choose – small, medium or large?

Small fits the PFC-3000 and PFC-5000, medium fits the PFC-8000, 12000 and 20000, and large fits the PFC-25000, 30000, 50000 and 75000.

Are these foams washable or single-use?

They're washable and reusable. Rinse them in old pond water during maintenance and replace them once they start to break down or no longer clean up.
