Pallet delivery is to the kerbside (at least 2 people will be needed to off-load depending on item size.)

Which AllPondSolutions units does this 11w bulb fit?

Will it fit other brands of UV steriliser?

It's suitable for most popular quality manufacturers' units, but UV bulbs vary — please check the length and pin type of your existing bulb against this 11w PLS 2-pin lamp before ordering.

What type of bulb and fitting is this?

It's an 11w PLS lamp with a 2-pin base.

How often should I replace the UV bulb?

We recommend replacing it around every 12 months. UV output fades over time, so a bulb can still light up while no longer sterilising effectively.

My water has gone green but the bulb still lights – why?

A lit bulb isn't proof of UV output; the germicidal strength drops well before the lamp stops glowing. If green water returns after about a year, it's usually time for a new bulb.

Is this bulb suitable for both ponds and aquariums?
