Where in the world are they from?

This species is found in the upper RÔøΩo Orinoco basin in eastern Colombia and western Venezuela.

What is the ideal number to keep together?

This species of Corydora should be kept in a group of at least 4-6 individuals, ideally 10 or more.

What water conditions do they require?

Corydoras habrosus will be happiest living in water 20 - 26°C with a pH range of 5.5 - 7.5.

What should you feed them?

These omnivorous corydoras will accept sinking dried food, such as catfish pellets, and frozen food, such as bloodworm. Feeding a varied diet will ensure that the fish are in the healthiest condition.

How compatible are they with other fish?

A very peaceful species that will be suitable for a tropical community aquarium.
