Our product range is getting larger all the time and we are constantly keeping ourselves up to date with new equipment information and product upgrades. To help us increase our aquatic product and livestock range we have recently more than doubled our storage space.

We endeavour to answer all emails and telephone messages within a few hours (weekdays only) but during busy periods this can extend to 24/48 hours.
Getting your goods to you safely is of prime importance to us and we try to go above and beyond when packaging your item. We aim to get all packages to our customers within 1-2 working days and items are sent by either Royal Mail recorded delivery or a fully tracked courier delivery service. Fish tanks are sent using a Pallet service and usally take around 3-5 days to be delivered.
