We publish the weight rather than a nominal thickness, because weight is the one figure you can check for yourself with a pair of scissors and a set of kitchen scales. Made from 100% virgin high-density polyethylene with a 5% carbon black UV stabiliser, and available in 26 sizes from 2 x 2m up to 10 x 6m. Measure the length, the width and the deepest point, then add twice the depth plus 60cm to each of the two measurements: the extra 60cm leaves a 30cm overlap all the way round to anchor the edges under paving or turf. It is also worth understanding what you are comparing when you shop: many liners sold as HDPE are reinforced woven sheet, which shows a grid pattern through clear water and can fray where it is cut, whereas ours is solid extruded film with a clean black finish.
