Will happily accept a range of foods

How compatible are they with other fish?
Whilst not an aggerssive fish it may disturb slow moving or docile species. Keep with suitably active tank mates.

Can they be bred in captivity?
Like most of its kind they are an egg scattering species. Provide plenty of cover in a densly planted aquarium and seeing spawning occur is not uncommon.
